The award is given to retail brands that consistently demonstrate excellent customer service year-on-year. To qualify for the Feefo 5 Star Platinum Award, we had achieve a set number of reviews between January 2024 to December 2024, supported by a Feefo Gold Award for 3 consecutive years with an average 4.7 star rating.
